When you create an account we store your name, email address and password hash. When you use the service we process the ECU files you upload (stock reads, master .bin/.mmf files, WinOLS projects), your vehicle and tuning-stage selections, and payment records handled by our payment providers. We also collect basic usage analytics (pages visited, feature usage) to improve the product.

Your ECU files are processed solely to deliver the tuned file you requested. Account data is used to operate your account, provide support and send service emails. We do not share your master files or calibration data with other customers, and we do not sell personal data to third parties.

Uploaded ECU files and tuned results are stored encrypted and deleted automatically 30 days after processing, or immediately when you delete them from your library. Account data is retained while your account is active and removed within 30 days of account deletion.

We share data only with service providers required to run StageGen — hosting, payments and email delivery — under contracts that limit their use of it. We may disclose data when required by law.

You can access, export or delete your data at any time from account settings, or by emailing us. EU/EEA users additionally have rights under GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and optional analytics cookies you can decline in the cookie banner. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.
